Weezy just won't stop. Miami resident Lil Wayne will be the next superstar to grace the cover of hip-hop magazine VIBE. Dressed in a red velour jacket with gold trimmings and a black fedora, Weezy's cover is reminicent of late rock legend Jimi Hendrix. Inside the issue Wayne talks about a number of topics including his issues with one time rap pal Jay-Z.

All you could do is pray for the people that were dealing with the situation and hope for the best. As far as them blaming hip-hop, you can blame Jesus for things, so you can't really fault anybody for blaming someone or something. All you can do is hope for the best.
